ASANA – Purpose of Asana practice (According to Patanjali and Hatha yoga).Characteristics of Asana .Aim and Objectives of Asana .Mechanism of Asan. Yoga classes are suitable for anyone beginner to an advanced practitioner, as each class is customized to meet individual needs. Yoga styles include Hatha, Kundalini, and Yin, Restorative and other classic Yoga styles with a focus on improving overall balance, boosting the immune system, assisting weightless and helping you find a sense of peace, tranquility, and focus. Classes usually take place on the yoga platform facing the ocean, in the roofed yoga shala or on the beach.
Yoga sessions will be tailored to meet your needs and instructors can work specifically on your issues and goals (back pain, weight loss, hips openers, insomnia), so that you get the most out of your retreat. Different yoga techniques will be introduced and different meditation techniques as well, so that you can find the one that fits you best. The team will also create a special custom-made plan for you to continue afterward, so that your retreat becomes an ongoing positive experience in your daily life.

This beautiful and remote location is perfect to get away from it all. The hypnotic crashing of the ocean waves, spectacular star-filled nights and rejuvenating yoga classes will help to calm your mind and feed your soul. The delicious vegan meals
will nourish your body and delight your senses. Napping in the seaside hammocks and day bed is heavenly. Enjoying meals with so many lovely people from all over was such a great experience. All the yoga teachers were fabulous and the chef works magic with locally sourced fresh and healthy ingredients. Lion (one of the owners) leads Kundalini classes which are so wonderful.
